How does the technical drawing process work?

1. Provide Your Technical Drawing Request: For technical drawings / illustrations (share images/ pictures or hand drawn sketches or screenshots or drawings or video or anything from which, we can understand it properly.). Also, other project relevant information like required output format files.

2. Our Best Draftsman at Work: Once the project is confirmed; our draftsman expert team (leading by a project manager) will start working on your technical drawing request. Experts with latest designing software will design your technical drawing (or sketch, illustration) according to your preferences / choices.

3. Unlimited Revisions, If Required: Accordingly, our team will finalized the technical drawings / illustrations and deliver to you. In case, if you still require further modifications, we will provide you unlimited revisions till you get 100% satisfaction with the final outcomes.

Can I check my order status?

Yes. You can view your order status on the My Account page.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes or cancellations to an already placed order can be done in two ways:

  1. By sending a note in response to the order confirmation email.
  2. By calling our customer services helpline at +91-704 287 7525.

While we will make every attempt to change your order, additional charges may apply if work on the request has begun or if the scope changes significantly. Therefore, please make changes as soon as you can.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept valid credit / debit cards or PayPal account based payments. You can pay with your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express card) if you don’t have a PayPal account.

About Troubleshooting

Why can`t I login to My Account though I recently registered?

It is possible that you have: Entered an incorrect user ID or password. (If you have forgotten your password, go to page “My Account” and reset your password by clicking on “Lost your password?”)

Forgotten your password?

If you have forgotten your password, go to page “My Account” and reset your password by clicking on “Lost your password?”. Enter your registered email address and “Password Reset Instructions” will be sent to your entered/registered email address.

Why is my credit card being rejected?

There are a few possible reasons for a credit card not being accepted:

  1. You have entered incorrect card number, expiry date or CVC code.
  2. The card has expired.
  3. You have reached or exceeded your credit limit.
  4. You have exceeded your daily charge limit.
  5. A computer at either end of the transaction is facing temporary technical problems.

PayPal Payment Issues

Payment with PayPal Account

Error:

We’re sorry, but we can’t send your payment right now. Return to merchant and try a different payment method.

Why this problem occurs:

Reason #1: This error usually comes when you are using shared IP address or Proxy or VPN.

Possible Solution: You may have security problem with your PayPal, so, don’t keep changing your IP address, If you have a phone try to verify it. You can send to self as gift or a small payment.

Reason #2: This is also because your PayPal account is new or you are sending payment after a very long period (or, making first time international payment).

Possible Solution: Is your PayPal verified? If yes, try to setup the security question and solve it, You should be able to send payment after that. Also, You only have to open your PayPal account from a Google chrome incognito window and then PayPal let you pay normally (We mean please clear cache and cookies of your browser.)

Reason #3: Sometimes, it appears because of your irregular location. For ex. You are a Canadian citizen; and, you are doing this payment in United States. Just because of another country, it has probably triggered PayPal security and they have stopped payment as they suspect a person in another country is trying to use your account.

Possible Solution: (Applicable to all above mentioned Reasons) Leave your PayPal Idle for 48-96 Hours. Do not try to send or receive funds in that PayPal account during this period. Once 48-96 hours passed, try to make payment. This type of error will come again for 4 to 5 times more and will be removed after frequent usage of this PayPal account. You may also try to remove your card and add it back again.

Payment with Credit Card without PayPal Account

PayPal is not accepting my credit card

Please double check the data you entered at PayPal’s form. If everything is correct, chances are that you actually do own a PayPal account and that your credit card is associated with that PayPal account. If this is the case, then you will only be able to pay with that card by logging into your PayPal account. If this is too much trouble, then just try paying with a different credit card.
